National Childminding Association chief executive Gill Haynes was joined by childminders Katrina Fagence (left) and Susan Banks (right) as well as nearly 150 other members of the National Childminding Association at Legoland Windsor earlier this month for free workshops about 'playful learning'. The workshops covered child development and learning, girls' and boys' play, the future according to children, and skills and competencies needed for the years ahead. The NCMA will be working with the Lego Learning Institute on three other workshops later this year. Photo courtesy of Legoland
