Julia Jensen-Soares

(Photograph) - Seven-year-old Julia Jensen-Soares from Woodlands School in Aberdeen and art teacher Fran Marquis-Faulkes show off some of their ceramic artworks. The school children experimented with clay, tile-making, and glazes with the help of Dundee artist Stephen Bird in a project funded by the Scottish Arts Council. The ceramics were fired in a kiln at the nearby Scottish Sculpture Workshop and the finished creations are now on permanent display in the school. Photo: Paul Reid
