
The 100-place nursery, which will be based at the Almondsbury Business Centre in Woodlands Lane, Bradley Stoke, is due to open in January.
This will be followed by another nursery in North Bristol, opening in spring 2015.
In April, Happy Days, which currently operates 16 settings across Devon and Cornwall, announced plans to open six more nurseries in the south-west over two years after securing £3.9 million of investment from ISIS Equity Partners.
The group is now in the process of identifying further sites in the Bristol area.
