Grants from 6m funding set aside for innovative special educational needs projects over the next two years are on offer to applicants to the Scottish Executive. Deputy minister for education and young people Nicol Stephen said, 'The SEN Innovation Grants Programme will give priority to partnerships between local authorities and the voluntary sector, especially projects promoting inclusion in schools and new ways to resolve problems between professionals and families.'
