The development and education of children with Down syndrome in infancy and pre-school years
This course, from the Down Syndrome Educational Trust (DSET), will provide participants with an overview of all aspects of the developmental and specific needs of infants and pre-school children with Down syndrome.
Guidance will be given on activities to promote all aspects affecting these children's development within the setting, as well as advice on common health issues associated with Down syndrome.

Food and autism

Cerebral palsy in the classroom
The Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments is running this day for anyone working within the field of education who would like to learn more about cerebral palsy. It aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the condition, the resulting difficulties and how these might be addressed.

Drama with a parachute!
This practical workshop from Children in Scotland is designed for anyone working with children aged under six.
