(Photograph) - The Olympic Games came early for children at Church Gresley Infant and Nursery School in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Their sports-themed week was linked to lessons, and they raised money for sports equipment by manoeuvring around a sponsored circuit, throwing bean bags and scoring goals. Head teacher Louise Fryatt said, 'With so many sporting events going on this year it seemed the perfect way to encourage the children to get active, and a fun and interesting environment is always more productive for learning.'
