(Photograph) - A young visitor to Dalgarno Pre-school in west London enjoys an afternoon of face painting and fun at the launch party of the new Stay and Play drop-in service. Stay and Play is for parents and carers with children under four and will run every weekday afternoon. The service was launched with the help of Kensington and Chelsea EYDCP and the Neighbourhood Renewal Scheme. Dalgarno Pre-school has been an active part of the local community for over 35 years and many of those now using the pre-school playgroup as parents attended when they were children.
