The award-winning Making it Real training is designed to enable early years practitioners to use the tried and tested 'REAL' approach that reaches out to parents and families, building knowledge and confidence to provide a rich early home learning environment. REAL has been shown to have a powerful impact on children's outcomes and on family literacy practice.
This free training is being offered by the NCB as part of a project funded by the Department for Education under the National Prospectus grant, delivered by the Bureau in conjunction with PACEY, the PLA and NDNA.
