
Launched this month by the group of 15 settings, the academy is designed for individuals looking to develop their career within the early years sector.
It is being led by Jamie Atkins, a former primary school teacher and forest school co-ordinator, and Pru Barwood, who manages Fennies’ apprenticeship programme. The pair will create content and communicate on behalf of the nursery group’s education team.
The academy consists of four elements:
Barwood, academy lead, said, ‘Through the academy, we offer specialised training for anyone aspiring to work within early years, no matter which route learners choose to take or the qualifications they wish to achieve.’
