(Photograph) - A colourful work by six-year-old Emily Atkinson from Kent was among the winners of an art competition for children and young people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, organised by the charity ADDISS. Its founder and executive director, Andrea Bilbow, said, 'Because ADHD is under-recognised and under-treated, young people with ADHD are often confused and frustrated and have low self-esteem. But they are also extremely creative, talented and rewarding to work with. It's great to see their talent shining through.'
