The Reading Families Millennium Awards scheme is backed by the Campaign for Learning at the Library Association in London and supported by lottery funding from the Millennium Commission. Anyone aged 21 or over with a good idea for getting people reading together can apply for an award. There will be 390 winners, with awards of up to 3,500.
