16 Oct 2007,
Part of the delightful 'Just Like Me' series, Tucking In! won the Baby Book award at this year's Booktrust Early Years Awards. Completing the series are Feeling Great!, On The Go!, and Looking Good!, which was also shortlisted.
Babies and very young children will delight in lifting the flaps in these chunky board books to discover the feelings, features, abilities and tastes that they share with an array of animals and birds. In Tucking In!, baby likes oats - just like mouse; in Looking Good!, baby has floppy ears - just like elephant.
The themes and charming drawings are sure to engage the attention of the very young and provide lots of scope for adult-child interaction.
