Juice Nursery in Altrincham has trained 75 per cent of its practitioners in incorporating a 15-minute yoga programme into everyday routines, to achieve Mini Me Yoga accreditation.
The company’s founder, Kate Bartram-Brown, said, ‘During this age where childhood diabetes, food intolerances and hyperactivity disorders are on the rise, the games and activities bring much-needed time for children to create and express themselves.’
