Children at Riverside Nursery Schools in South West London are to enjoy weekly yoga classes and mindfulness workshops.
The nursery group, which is part of Dukes Education, has appointed a new specialist teacher, Zoe Wood, to run the classes that are designed to support the children’s emotional well-being and help them relax.
