Pre-schoolers at Little Rascals Day Nursery in Darlaston, West Midlands took part in a competition run by My First Poem.
The children’s poems were selected to be published in a book, My First Poem 2017 – West Midlands Poets, available in June. Children received a certificate for participating and a bookmark. ‘I’m really proud of the children and the enthusiasm they showed while writing their poems,’ said nursery manager Hannin Mosley.
