Hopscotch Outdoor Day Nursery in Kelvedon Hatch, Essex has introduced a ‘Daily Mile’ for staff and children.
The 15-minute session sees each staff member and child going outside to run, hop, skip or jump around the field and experience the fresh air as vigorously as they can until they are out of breath.
