As the show’s early years careers partner, LEYF will be demonstrating how its unique pedagogy, which is embedded across its approach to childcare, makes its nurseries a great place to work.
The zone will showcase some of the provocations that LEYF’s imaginative nursery teams create every day and a selection of workshops that the LEYF academy offers to all LEYF staff, including fantasy world, heuristic play that all babies love and how to create a wonderful baby corner.
LEYF is also running two different sessions in the Live Theatre.
- On Friday and Saturday at 2.45pm, you can hear about 'The Art of Teaching' with Gary Simpson, Senior Programme Manager and Ricky Bullen, Pedagogy Mentor.
Exploring the art of teaching in the early years environment, how we can build our skills and confidence as early years teachers and the importance of age/stage appropriate teaching methods.
- On Friday and Saturday at 12.30pm, the same duo will talk about 'Leading for a Culture of Excellence', considering how we lead and develop our teams to enable the best learning opportunities for both children and early years professionals.
