Outdoor expert Julie Mountain will offer fantastic ideas for gathering outdoor resources in her seminar.
'Magical outdoor play with free and found resources' shows that resourcing outdoors needn’t be expensive - 'free and found' resources offer potential for the richest of learning experiences.
This seminar illustrates some of that potential and offers guidance on sourcing materials, health and safety and the scope for creative and cross–curricular learning.
Julie Mountain is an early childhood landscape designer and trainer at Play Learning Life CIC, and author of the 'Little Book of Free and Found Outdoors'. She recently wrote an article for Nursery World on free and found resources.
