With training providers across the country reporting drops of up to 96 per cent in Level 3 apprentices, settings need all the recruitment help they can get. Ensuring that statutory regulations and good practice are adhered to when it comes to recruitment and selection should make this task easier.
This publication will help with developing job descriptions and person specifications, to enable appointment of individuals with the right mix of qualifications, experience, skills, knowledge and abilities. It will also provide guidance on advertising to gain access to a wide talent pool, with the inclusion of job packs to ensure candidates are sufficiently informed.
