Outdoor furniture 'requiring zero maintenance' will be launched at this year's Education Show (at NEC, Birmingham, 20-22 March)
Fabricated from a new MDF material called Medite Tricoya, the Leave Me Outdoors range from Twoey Toys is durable, environmentally friendly and, says the company, never needs to be treated with creosote, wood stain preservative or varnish. The new material also enables the designs to be more like indoor furniture.
The 26 products within the range include seating, tables, role-play products and storage.
Twoey Toys managing director Johanne Miller says, 'This exciting new material offers so many advantages over traditional wooden outdoor materials. Being MDF based, it enables us to offer a comprehensive and exciting range of outdoor furniture.'
