Plogging On

Children from Busy Bears Durham have been out and about picking up litter using a variety of body movements including bending, squatting, stretching, running and walking as part of a Swedish initiative known as ‘plogging.’
Ploggers combine jogging and litter-picking to promote physical exercise and movement skills, a clean environment and a positive attitude towards the world we live in.
