Little Acorns Mirfield helped its local Mirfield Kirklees Library celebrate its 70th birthday recently.
The library hosted a book reading of The King and the Cockerel, which the children listened intently to all the way through. The children had lots of fun and are still making the cock-a-doodle-do noises from the story.
