Vegetable Soup

Hopscotch Outdoor Day Nursery in Kelvedon Hatch received a delivery of young plants and vegetables as a prize for attaining Level Three of the Royal Horticultural Society School Gardening Award.
The children have harvested carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, spinach and runner beans, plus many other vegetables, and are currently learning how to make their homegrown veg into delicious soup for everyone to sample at tea time.
