Children from Spring Seesaw nursery in Braintree, Essex, part of the Action for Children group of nurseries, had a visit from a local farmer to talk about harvest, how wheat is milled into flour and the process it goes through to make bread and rolls.
The children got to mill their own wheat and find out what wheat and flour feel like.
