Lots to Digest

Sutton Day Nursery has been helping children explore and investigate the digestive system inside their homemade 3D cardboard replica.
Each child took the journey of their favourite food through the body, climbing through the mouth, down the oesophagus, into the stomach, through the large and small intestine and then out the bottom. Each part of the system was explained and discussed with the children, who asked lots of questions.
