The oats and yoghurt help make this a slow-release drink rather than a big sugar hit. You could add extra fruit and berries if you want. The banana provides tryptophan and magnesium, which are both important for sleep.

Ingredients

20g oats

3 tbsp full-fat natural yoghurt

1 banana

100ml milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then serve.
