Non-Stop CPR

Monday, May 14, 2018

Staff at Cambridge Day Nursery decided to celebrate the setting’s 40th birthday by doing 40 hours of non-stop CPR in aid of the British Heart Foundation and Millie’s Trust.

Teams of four members of staff took it in turns to complete four-hour shifts. BBC Radio Cambridgeshire finished its breakfast show with a live broadcast from the nursery, and parents, grandparents, siblings and neighbours visited to learn about CPR and give staff a break. The nursery managed to raise over £2,000 and has made an application to Guinness World Records.
