Dr Kay Mathieson will be leading a vital seminar on children's behaviour at the show.

Dr Mathieson is one of the UK's leading experts on behaviour and has written many articles and series for Nursery World on the subject.

On Friday 3 February at 11.30am, her seminar 'Behaviour: tuning in to the individual child' will be about establishing appropriate and realistic expectations of a child, and thinking about how our interactions, routines and systems support their behaviour and learning.

On Saturday, positive relationships also take centre stage at 10.30am when Julia Manning Morton takes an in-depth look at self-regulation, its links to well-being and the nature of adult:child relationships that help children to manage their feelings, thoughts and actions.
