Lakeside Pre-School in Wanstead enjoyed an outing to the Growing Kids Community Allotment in Woodford Green.
At the allotment, created to provide a teaching and learning space for children to grow their own fruit and vegetables, the pre-schoolers planted seeds and raced snails.
