Major pay survey from Nursery World and Pre-school Learning Alliance

Nursery World and the Pre-school Learning Alliance have teamed up to run a survey on early years pay, conditions and recruitment issues.
Pay, recruitment and retention are among the biggest challenges facing the early years sector today. To date, however, there has been little data or information available on sector pay or employment conditions, which has made it difficult for early years providers to compare their own practices against those of others.
To address this, the Pre-school Learning Alliance and Nursery World have developed a short survey on early years pay, conditions and recruitment issues.
We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to respond to the survey. The overall findings will be published in Nursery World and may be used in the Alliance's campaigning work - however, all individual responses will be confidential.
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a £100 voucher for Early Years Direct, a leading supplier of early years equipment and resources.
The deadline for responses is Friday 2 September.
