Abuse case nursery re-opens

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

The nursery that shut down because of the Vanessa George paedophile investigation is to re-open under a new name.

Little Ted's in Efford, Plymouth, was closed last June when police started investigating allegations against Ms George, who was sent to jail in December. The nursery, re-named Greenshoots, is due to open in September and will be run by Laira Green Primary School. Ms George was jailed for a minimum of seven years after she was found guilty of taking mobile phone pictures of herself abusing toddlers at the nursery.
