Party packs for older and younger children based on James and the Giant Peachand The Enormous Crocodile are free to download or order online (www.roalddahl.com/roald-dahl-day).
Children and staff can take part in a Dahlicious Dress Up Day (www.dahliciousdressupday.org) and wear the costume of their favourite character in exchange for a £1 donation to Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity.
Meanwhile, London’s Natural History Museum’s James and the Giant Weekend will take place on 8-9 September with opportunities to learn more from bug detectives about James’s minibeast friends and make wearable antennae.
