Shakespeare's Globe theatre

(Photograph) - More than 400 children from 16 primary schools from the London Borough of Southwark gathered in Shakespeare's Globe theatre for this year's winter concert on 9 December. African drumming replaced European instruments as children performed a series of songs, including 'Let it Snow', 'Winter Wonderland' and 'The Holly and the Ivy'. More than 1,400 people attended the free event that is now in its seventh year. Photo Matt Gore
