The Nursery World Show 2017 will be bigger and better than ever, with a fantastic two days of exhibition, seminars and masterclasses in prospect on 3 and 4 February.

Registrations were pouring in the second the show opened for bookings, so don't delay - make sure you get tickets to see the top experts around.

World-renowned early years consultants, trainers and academics will be leading our educational, informative and engaging masterclass and seminar programme to help you get to grips with the latest sector developments, enhance your practice and return to your settings inspired by new ideas.

Friday's half-day masterclass is 'Closing the Gap: Three to Five', led by leading experts on self-regulation from the US, Professors Clancy Balr and C Cybele Raver, plus Dr Julian Grenier. Topics include children's brains and the path to self-regulation; self-regulation and the home environment; and implications for best practice in the EYFS, along with the opportunity to ask questions and debate with speakers and audience.

On the Saturday, 'Closing the Gap: Birth to Three' focuses on language development and delay, with sessions on contingent talk, enriching language and experience across the curriculum, and early language and the foundations of literacy. Dr Danielle Matthews, Reader in Cognitive Development at the University of Sheffield and a leading voice on early child language development and communication, will lead the masterclass, along with our hugely popular regular speakers Penny Tassoni and Alice Sharp.

The extensive programme of hour-long seminars throughout the show ranges from Meaningful Maths, British Values in Superhero Play, Safeguarding, Outdoors and Active, Reggio-Inspired Practice and Photography to Multi-lingualism, Froebel and Montessori, plus much more.

Our unmissable exhibition will showcase more than 100 companies, organisations and charities packing out the floor, along with  the free live theatre and nutrition zone with cookery demonstrations.

The 2017 show also offers some major new features, including the Early Years Resources & Learning Zone sponsored by TTS, where you can join in activities and get advice on resources, and the Training & Consultancy Zone sponsored by NEyTCO, where you can meet leading trainers and discuss your needs.
