Hard times ahead

The majority of nurseries are expecting this year to be tougher financially than 2010, according to a snapshot survey by credit management company Daniels Silverman.
It also found that 82 per cent of nurseries said they had parents who were expressing concerns about their financial situation, and 85 per cent of nurseries said they thought there would be an increase in bad debts over the course of 2011.
