A UNICEF campaign to promote breastfeeding

A UNICEF campaign to promote breastfeeding by new mothers has proved more successful in Scotland than in the rest of the UK. Babies born in Scotland's UNICEF Baby-Friendly accredited hospitals are 28 per cent more likely to be breastfed than those born in non-accredited units.
