Access all areas for child poverty battle

If the Welsh Assembly is to meet its objective of eradicating child poverty in Wales within a generation, it should develop a strategy that targets support for the most vulnerable children within a framework of universal service provision. That was the main message from a report by the Child Poverty Task Group which has been published for consultation and is expected to inform the Assembly's anti-poverty strategy, which is due to be published in September.
