Royal Air Force Northolt is seeking a commercial solution for the provision of an Early Years Nursery for the dependants of personnel at RAF Northolt
The requirement is for the period of 5 Years
1 January 2016 to 31 December 2021

Hampshire County Council (HCC)
HCC are seeking experienced early years childcare provider(s) to deliver high quality, self-sustaining, affordable childcare services and early years education to meet the needs of the local community. The childcare premises at Park Nursery (Rushmoor) and Trospacc Nursery (Havant) operate on HCC sites shared with their local school and children’s centre.
The lease will start on 1 January 2016 for a period of five years with the option to extend for a maximum of a further five years.
We are looking for childcare provider(s) who can demonstrate experience of delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage with ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ Ofsted outcomes and commitment to ensure high quality staff development leading to good outcomes for children.
This provision will offer a full range of childcare services for children aged 0 - 5 years and will provide Early Years Education (EYE) funded places for 2, 3 and 4 year old children. All childcare services offered must be affordable and tailored to the needs of the local community. In addition, it is expected that the staff and management team will work closely in meeting the needs of the families and children through close partnership working with local schools, children’s centres and other services.
An open tendering route will be used. The lease will be awarded to the provider who is able to demonstrate robust leadership and achievement of continuous Ofsted outcomes of ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ as well as showing how children make good or better progress. Affordability and business standing will also be taken into consideration. To take part in the tender, interested parties must register via the In-Tend website (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/) where tender documents should be down-loaded. The deadline for the return of tenders is 2.00 pm on 30 March 2015. The tender documents contain all the details that providers will require in order to tender.
There will be an opportunity to view the premises at pre-booked sessions on 11 March 2015. Places must be booked by 5.00 pm on 6 March 2015.
