The Elmscot Group of day nurseries and Kids Collective out-of-school clubs in Altrincham, Hale, Bowdon, Sale and Timperley has launched its second cookbook, Children’s Mealtime Favourites.
Having won several awards for nutrition over the years, the group decided to update its first book with recipe improvements, such as reduced salt and sugar, and new recipes of the children’s favourite meals.
