Children at Sandy Lane Nursery and Forest School in Warrington, Cheshire enjoyed spending the day with local potter Andrew.
They explored clay and learned about moulding and shaping. They also had fun using a variety of different tools to create different effects, and even got to use a potter’s wheel. A great way to encourage creativity and develop muscles used in early mark-making.
