Garden Pumpkins

Children at Footsteps Nursery in Canwell Sutton Coldfield were asked to carve pumpkins at home with their parents to then decorate the garden. They then did a ‘show and tell’ about their designs.

Banana Ghosts

The Mayor and Mayoress of Kirklees attended a spooky Halloween party at Little Acorns in Mirfield. Staff made spooky food of banana ghosts and satsuma pumpkins and children played pass the pumpkin and pin the tail on the black cat.

Sticky Bugs

A sticky bug jelly sensory activity was the highlight of the Halloween party at kidsunlimited Timperley Day Nursery in Altrincham. The children could get messy exploring different textures, smells, tastes and it was also good for developing their hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.
