New management guides available: EYE courses, recruitment and policies

New management guides on key issues are now available.
The latest step-by-step guide covers the new EYE qualification. The first two features consider the new qualification as a whole and compare the approaches of different awarding bodies, while the remaining articles cover each awarding body’s approach in depth and independent feedback from senior practitioners on the new qualifications. This will expand as new articles on Steiner and Montessori EYEs are published in the magazine.
Other recent additions include a four-part series on recruitment, which covers from how to begin the process through interview to picking the right candidate, bearing in mind legal and good practice considerations.
A series on how to design, implement and update relevant policies and procedures for settings, including aspects such as training staff and incorporating parents’ views is also available.
