A new outdoor play area is providing fresh experiences for children in Essex. Facilities at Toad Hall Day Nursery in Rayleigh now include a Lillyput Playtown incorporating a crawling tube, clatter-bridge, slide, ramp and lookout towers along with safety flooring and cycle track. The nursery, which is registered for 76 children and opened in September 2002, said the area will offer a happy, friendly and child-centred environment. The play area was officially opened on 19 May by Richard Amner, chairman of Rochford district council.
