PBD launches level 3 e-learning courses

Training provider PBD has launched a new range of e-learning courses, entitled eQual Learning, for the Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma, now compulsory in apprenticeship frameworks.
Based on a moodle platform, eQual Learning features videos, lectures, presentations, podcasts, quizzes, reading material, web links and interactive animations.
The whole suite of five courses retails at £99 per learner, reducing to £79 for larger orders.
A customisable version allows colleges and training providers to add their own branding and content.
Learners can download the assignments of all the major awarding orgnisations from the courses and add them to their portfolio when completed.
The system works equally well with web and paper portfolios.
PBD director Ross Midgley says, 'Learners work in their own time, at their own pace. There are no classes to attend and the courses are easily accessible.'
