New Children's Commissioner for Wales named

The new children's Commissioner for Wales has been named as Keith Towler.
He is a programme director for Save the Children in Wales and chair ofthe United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child monitoringgroup for Wales. Mr Towler spent more than 20 years working in youthjustice before joining Save the Children last year.
