Key areas covered will include:
- Delivering effective services on reduced budgets
- The role of outsourcing
- Using the expertise of the VCS
- The role of the voluntary and community sector, and avoiding financial risk
Jenny Coles, director of children's service at Hertfordshire County Council, and Dr Louise Smith, deputy director of public health, also at Hertfordshire County Council, will be speaking at the event.
