New guidance on Vetting and Barring

The Home Office has issued new guidance to help employers and voluntary groups implement the Vetting and Barring Scheme starting on 26 July.
It includes what employers and employees should do to prepare for registration to the scheme. A link to the guidance has been sent to more than 60,000 employers, charities, voluntary groups and individuals. Visit www.direct.gov.uk/vetting.
