Position: Nursery manager, Natural Childcare company, Shirley, Solihull - Why are you celebrating? We've just been graded outstanding in our first Ofsted inspection. The nursery only opened in February and we had our first Ofsted inspection last month. - How did the nursery staff react when they found out? Everyone was proud; they all worked extremely hard.
