I'm desperate for some advice on dealing with staff conflict. I have two supervisors who don't see eye to eye. I've tried all sorts to deal with the situation - talking things through, recording differences, team leader training. It's now got to the point where other staff are picking up on the atmosphere and it has been really uncomfortable. Both agree they simply don't like each other but agreed to be friends on a professional level. But it seems they are both picking faults with one another or going out of their way to find something to complain about.
