Children's Trust board on cards for every area

Laws could be introduced to force every local area to establish a Children's Trust Board and to ensure schools and colleges participate in Children's Trusts, children's secretary Ed Balls said last week.
Speaking at an NCH conference in London on children's well-being, Mr Balls announced the publication of three consultation documents related to the Children's Plan, which will explore legislative options for strengthening Children's Trusts and the role of schools and local authorities in promoting pupil well-being.
